AdMachine is an AI-powered ad creation platform that helps you generate ad concepts from competitor intelligence. The service includes competitor research, AI-generated ad copy and images, project management, and team collaboration features. You agree to use our service in compliance with all applicable laws.

3. Account and Authentication

You must create an account to use AdMachine. You can authenticate via Google OAuth or email magic link. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You must not share your API keys with unauthorized parties.

4. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by AdMachine (ad copy, images, concepts) is provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all generated content before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or suitability of AI-generated content. You retain ownership of the content you create using our tools.

5. Teams and Collaboration

Team features allow multiple users to collaborate on projects. Team admins are responsible for managing team membership and access. Shared projects and activity logs are visible to all team members.

6. Intellectual Property

You acknowledge that the AdMachine platform, its design, code, and branding are protected by proprietary rights. Competitor ad data displayed in AdMachine is sourced from publicly available ad libraries and remains the property of the respective advertisers.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download data from the service
• Generate content that is harmful, misleading, or violates third-party rights

8. Limitation of Liability

AdMachine is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to the performance of AI-generated content in advertising campaigns.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be posted on this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of California.
