We collect two types of information:

• Personal Information: Data that can personally identify you, such as your name, email address, and profile image. You provide this during registration or authentication via Google OAuth or magic link.
• Usage Information: Data about how you use AdMachine, including projects created, ads reviewed, concepts generated, team activity, browser type, device type, and timestamps.

How We Use Your Information

We use your Personal Information to manage your account, provide our AI-powered ad creation services, respond to your queries, and communicate important updates. Usage Information helps us improve the product, analyze usage patterns, and maintain system security.

AI-Generated Content

AdMachine uses third-party AI services (including OpenRouter and various image generation models) to generate ad copy and images. Your brand profile, competitor information, and ad references may be sent to these services to produce results. We do not use your data to train AI models.

Data Storage

Your data is stored securely in our database and cloud storage (Cloudflare R2 for generated images). Generated images are stored on our servers and accessible via your account.

Sharing and Disclosure

AdMachine does not sell your Personal Information. We share data only with third-party service providers necessary to operate our service (authentication, AI generation, image storage, analytics). Team features allow members of the same team to see shared projects, cards, and activity logs.

Cookies and Authentication

We use cookies for authentication (session management via NextAuth) and to store your API key for seamless access. We also use analytics tools to understand how the product is used.

Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed API keys, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. You can delete your account and all associated data by reaching out to our support team.

Children's Privacy

Our service is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13.
